If you're using outlook on macos, you can get to this same window by selecting outlook in the menu, selecting preferences, and then selecting signatures in the email section. In the outlook options window, select mail from the navigation pane. Select mail > compose and reply.
In the new message window, please click insert > signature > signatures.
Then in the search box, type email signature and hit the link below. To add a new outlook signature on pc, click on the new button and enter your signature content in the text box below. Then, click on the new in the email signature tab;
Select mail > compose and reply.
In the mail view, please click home > new email to create a new email. On the top nav bar, choose settings > mail, which opens the options panel on the left. Click file > options > mail > signatures.
In the mail view, create a new email with clicking home > new email.
In the right hand side of the upper task bar, hit the settings button. Sign in to outlook on the web. To edit existing email signature in outlook, go to file > options > mail > signatures, and double click on signature you want to edit.
You can also edit signatures in the text box.
Under select signature to edit, choose new, and in the new signature dialog box, type a name for the signature. Your email signature is, surprisingly, one of the best ways to make a first impression on your recipient.
